Our indoor heated pool is set in a calming environment where you can swim in peace and then relax and soothe away any aches in the poolside spa bath or retire to the dry heat of the saunas conveniently situated adjacent to the changing rooms.

The fitness suite has a wide range of equipment from Precor including standard treadmills, cross trainers, steppers, bikes and adaptive motion trainers. In the separate resistance room we have a range of equipment to cover all the major muscle groups in addition to a range of free weights and our Smiths weight training machine.
